Brief
For Tanzfestival Steps, Theater HORA was invited to open up a direct and distinctive way into contemporary dance—not as conventional criticism, but through the personal perspectives of its ensemble members.
Approach
After selected performances, two ensemble members discuss what they saw, understood and felt. The pared-back, music-free setting in front of a printed Alpine curtain needs neither a presenter nor a voice-over.
Result
A series of short conversations that makes contemporary dance subjective, immediate and accessible. Theater HORA’s unmistakable voices remain entirely at the centre.
