Brief
Making a property development 100 per cent climate-neutral can sound overwhelming. The «ewz 100/100» campaign set out to show developers and building owners that, with the right partner, the first step is smaller than it seems.
Approach
Three white architectural models sit in real Swiss landscapes. A caterpillar crawls across their façades and turns them green; a butterfly then makes the transformation visible. Only as the camera slowly pulls back are the surprising proportions revealed.
Result
Three 15-second campaign films translate the themes of new developments, existing buildings and housing estates into a clear visual metaphor. The end frames lead to ewz solutions for heat, photovoltaics and mobility.
